MCN 11 : Ordinances
Both important this year, apart from this other aspects of Executive are done collaboratively with Legislature, Federalism, Comparative Constitutional Schemes.

The Polity Question this year were just odd!
Accountability is everything!
Good Evening,
The paper has been unusual on so many counts.
Difficulty doesn’t mean ambiguity is something the UPSC seems to constantly not fathom.
Irrespective of how solvable my areas within the paper were, there’s no doubt this year has been one of the toughest papers this far especially CSAT. Cut off should be within the 84-86 range. Will discuss the paper with answers and sources tomorrow.
It has been a long day for so many of you. Unwind, calibrate your scores, we shall plan ahead.
You’ve faced a weird paper with tremendous courage and here’s a toast to you!
Please don’t let the exam get the better of you, we’ve got this.
Always proud of you :)
Give it all you have,
Always know that you own the exam and not the other way round.
Wishing and praying for the very best for you,
Love,
Atish
Hello,
As you may be aware, in light of the extraordinary circumstances faced by student community, I had made my Magna Carta Prelims Course completely free w.e.f. 9 May 2025 and will continue for now. This is the least we as teachers can and should do for the students at large.
In these last 10 days, you can always refer to any these lectures and the corresponding notes.
While I understand long live revision sessions may work for other subjects, in my subject of Polity, given the nature of questions, one has to sit down patiently and be thorough.
My recommendation is that you go through the notes I have personally written, and if there is any area you need some understanding of, please quickly refer to those portions lectures.
For this, I have attached a lecture referencer for your ease as well.
Thank you.
Hello,
A student was kind enough to share a RTI they filed, this is the official reply from the LS Secretariat, Private Members can introduce money bills in Lok Sabha.
This settles it, again :)
Thank you.
