Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has formally blamed Ukraine for its responsibility in the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk on March 22 following an extensive investigation into the attack that claimed the lives of over 140 civilians.
Russia is demanding that Ukrainian authorities arrest the head of the SBU, Vasyl Malyuk under the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings (ICBT) and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (ICFT).
Russia points out that Malyuk admitted the organization's role in the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge in October 2022 and revealed details of the organizations in other terrorist attacks in Russia.

Russia is conducting raids on dorms and apartment complexes known to house illegal immigrants to conduct mass deportations in response to the recent attack in Moscow, which claimed the lives of over 140 people.
According to migrant rights NGOs, Russia has processed hundreds of illegals for deportation. It's unclear where they'll be headed, but they'll be leaving Russia following a brief stay in a detention center as they're processed.
