This 2021 video of a US Marshal striking a handcuffed suspect in the face is going viral, but it’s lacking context. So here is the context.
17-year-old Kevin Harris, the suspect being arrested, shot and k*lled 42-year-old Tracy Wilder and her 6-year-old son Jeison when they riddled her and her car with bullets while she was filling up at the gas station. The 6-year-old was sitting in the back of the car when he was shot de*d.
Harris and an associate, 16-year-old Demetrius Lee, who was also involved in the incident, were both apprehended by the US Marshals.

A US-backed regime change operation just failed in the DR Congo. The blob is getting desperate following the loss of Niger and other African states, which prefer independence and the freedom of self-determination. We're seeing the same things going on in Eastern Europe and South America.
The US used to have a reasonable pretense for these regime change operations -- bringing "freedom and democracy" to people opposed to the Soviets.
But that was a lie.
In a lot of cases, the regimes backed by the US were worse than anything backed by the Soviets -- Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge was backed by the US to fight against the USSR-backed Viet Cong, who were just a bunch of rice farmers tired of having their resources stolen from them by the French.
Following the fall of the USSR, these regime change operations haven't stopped. They're more intense than ever. The so-called Arab Spring and the Euromaidan in Ukraine both come to mind. There's no more "we're just the good guys fighting communism and bringing democracy" pretense to hide behind anymore.
It's a good thing the DR Congo coup didn't succeed, because they've never been particularly successful at implementing stable governments following bloody regime change operations.
If you think about it, these regime change operations are unnatural, in that nobody who actually lives there wants them to happen, so they (very naturally) lead to civil wars and strife, or completely failed states in some cases -- as in the case of Libya, Somalia and Haiti.
American businesses and individuals are fantastic, but this clandestine regime change nonsense is anything but. They're not the good guys.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has pardoned Army Sgt. Daniel Perry, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison for gunning down an Antifa militant, Garrett Foster, who brandished an AK47 at him while blocking the street during a BLM protest in the summer of 2020.
Perry was initially let off the hook, but Soros-backed Austin District Attorney José Garza chose to go ahead with the prosecution.
A day after a jury convicted Perry, Abbott ordered the parole board to review his case.
“Among the voluminous files reviewed by the Board, they considered information provided by the Travis County District Attorney, the full investigative report on Daniel Perry, plus a review of all the testimony provided at trial,” Abbott said in his statement pardoning Perry. “Texas has one of the strongest ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws of self-defense that cannot be nullified by a jury or a progressive District Attorney.”

President Xi has invited President Putin to visit him in China this week to strengthen the strategic partnership between Russia and China. They're expected to have comprehensive discussions on forging even more partnerships and challenge US hegemony.
But what does it mean?
The trip is happening amid the backdrop of the EU President von der Leyen complaining about China's ability to produce high quality goods at an outpaced rate than anything Europe can produce, not that Europe is even bothering to play catch up as it deindustrialized in the name of "climate change" and allow far-left anarcho-militants to freely disrupt industry without consequence.
In addition, Europe is shutting down its farms to support "green" policies, closing even more factories due to high energy costs, all caused by the European decision to try and spite Russia by sanctioning the very resources it needs from Russia. The same resources the EU buys on the cheap, that have enabled European industry to trundle along as it has.
Not to mention Europe's mass migration, which continues as "asylum seekers" swarm in like a plague of locusts and drain the social security systems designed to support elderly pensioners and not millions of jobless handout-seekers. There's just no capacity. Are Europe's leaders doing anything about it? No, they're instead ushering even more migrants to come in, facilitated by the governments of Spain and Germany, while others like Italy bear most of the burden. And countries that dare to stand up to it, like Hungary, are treated like pariahs and threatened for noncompliance.
Biden is taking a nap as millions of illegals to slip across the border, for DEI ideologues to take over and weaken just about every industry, and for far-left educators (and students) to turn the academic institutions into asylums. Is it by design? You decide.
China and Russia don't even need to perform any acts of sabotage to dismantle the West, as the West is happily doing so all on its own. They couldn't ask for a more retarded adversary.
