The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to entertain a writ petition challenging Section 129 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, which exempts gifts (hiba) executed under Mohammedan Law from the Transfer of Property Act.
The petitioner, Hari Shankar Jain, argued that because of this exemption, Muslim gifts are exempted from registration and paying stamp duty, and hence a loss to the public exchequer was caused.

Page 265 to 281 read kar lijiye kaam ayega ye judgment.
Judgment writing in my opinion must contain only the material facts issues arguments and analysis of law background and address each contested precedent and then give reasoning and conclusion.
Writing 300-500 pages judgments are irrelevant, because judgment is addressed to public at large and more particularly parties involved and ultimately it is never an article or journal each word has its value.
yes humanistic touch gives good impression but it must be limited unnecessary explanation of law not required if it is no more res integra.
Writing brief concrete and comprehensive judgments really requires time and skills.
In essence follow article 141 r/w art 21. and don't get swayed by elite legalistic views.

๐ค๐ค (Practice rule)
Very less amount of requests received.
Do we have any offence related to this in BNS?
If yes then why this rule? because of casual unintented regular usage of these abusive phrases.
Question.
Can panchayat or municipality create an offence? if yes then mention shceudle 11 and 12 entry no. which empowers them and your state special act provision.
