The POL process will operate in two parallel streams:
Deposit a portion of the collected fees into the Theta Vault.
Launch a POL process with Bond Protocol that allows users to bond Theta Vault LP tokens in exchange for discounted GOVI.
By bonding Theta LP tokens, users can earn discounted GOVI while sharing in the vault's yield. Additionally, part of the Theta Vault's holdings will be held by the protocol itself, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between the two.
