С чем предстоит работать:
- Реагирование на системы мониторинга

- Ведение инцидент менеджмента - определение приоритетов, эскалирование в профильные отделы, доведение инцидента до решения, разбор последствий

ОСНОВНЫЕ ЗАДАЧИ:
💻Инициировать и проводить исследования, чтобы понять главные потребности и боли наших клиентов;
💻Анализировать юзабилити и выявлять паттерны пользовательского поведения, чтобы в дальнейшем улучшить взаимодействие клиента и продукта;
💻Составлять отчёты с результатами исследований и презентовать результаты командам;
💻Обучать продуктовые команды самостоятельному проведению базовых исследований.


ЧТО ОЖИДАЕМ, ЧТО ВЫ:
📌Работали в продуктовых или UX-исследованиях не менее трёх лет
📌Проводили качественные интервью и хорошо знакомы с разнообразными методиками качественных и количественных UX-исследований
📌Работали в рынке недвижимости (опционально, бонусом)
📌Способны перевести результаты исследований в рекомендации для продукта и предложить способы их быстрой проверки
📌Умеете презентовать свою работу и обосновывать эффективность выбранных решений
📌Работали с Figma, Miro и другими инструментами, необходимыми для исследований

Мы — remote-first компания с сотрудниками по всему миру.
Тип занятости: Full-time
Локация: Remote

Обязанности

- Обеспечение поддержки клиентов на месте (настройка пользовательских доменов и целевых страниц),
- Управление тикетами, поступающими от наших клиентов и SL1,
- Проводить исследование ошибок и ручное тестирование продукта при необходимости,
- Помощь клиентам в создании и управлении простыми веб-сайтами,
- Построение сценариев интеграции,
- Анализ логов,
- Общение с первой линией поддержки и разработчиками (в случаях, когда не удается решить тикет самостоятельно).
- Смены 2-3 раза в неделю

Наши ожидания

- Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 2 лет,
- Разговорный английский язык на уровне Upper-intermediate и выше (иногда вы будете участвовать в звонках с клиентами),
- Базовые знания HTML и CSS,
- Умение создавать пошаговые инструкции,
- Желателен опыт работы с конструктором сайтов
