Common Crawl is a source of a huge number of links to public Google Drive files and folders (including deleted long ago).
For example, CC-MAIN-2024-33 (33 week of 2024) archive contain 14K+ Google Drive links.

Be patient. Try different indexes (since domain registration date). Doesn't work for all domains.
