Ключевые обязанности:
- Разработка стратегии удержания
- Анализ пользовательского поведения
- Проведения а/б тестов и оптимизация кампаний
- Отчетность и аналитика
- Каналы коммуникации: email, sms, web push, app push, in-app , pop-ups, ретаргетинг.
Квалификация:
- Владение базовыми инструментами для управления кампаниями и аналитики: Google Analytics, basic SQL, Excel, CRM-системы и др.
- Умение разрабатывать и тестировать гипотезы, нацеленные на повышение удержания пользователей
- Опыт в гейминг/гемблинг от 1 года в качестве crm/retention менеджера
