Основные обязанности:
Разработка и реализация стратегий удержания: создание и внедрение программ лояльности, бонусных предложений и акций, адаптированных под различные сегменты игроков (новички, VIP, неактивные). Разработка и запуск триггерных кампаний для предотвращения оттока.

Взаимодействие с другими отделами: тесное сотрудничество с маркетинговым, продуктовым и техническим отделами для обеспечения согласованности кампаний и улучшения пользовательского опыта.
Контроль жизненного цикла игрока: разработка и внедрение стратегий для поддержания интереса к продукту на всех этапах взаимодействия с пользователем.
Требования:
Опыт работы Retention-менеджером или на аналогичной позиции в игровой индустрии от 2 лет.
Понимание принципов работы с CRM-системами и аналитическими инструментами.
Опыт работы с различными каналами коммуникации (email, SMS, push-уведомления).
Навыки аналитики данных и работы с метриками (LTV, churn rate, ARPU).
Знание принципов построения воронки продаж и удержания клиентов.
Высокие коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в команде.
