Yeah, its best to have someone able to ban available at all time, but if that is not possible or they dont want that, having someone who can delete this kind of stuff and maybe temporarily mute that person, would also be big.

I have not asked for any direct access. It is just me going back to "Proof of work". So what the Trello is telling me is "Bugs in testing". That was weeks ago, with nothing filled in since. I won't bother to fill anything in if it's pointless is what I am getting at.

noone will give you direct access to developer, as there's a manager and QAs, anyhow once fixed those will be moved in fixed state and you can double confirm.

Ban with delete messages is must I think for bots and such over smart people. That person should not ban or delete messages from old users. Group history is available to verify and remove in case of abuse of power.
