According to a U.S. State Department release, Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke with his counterpart in South Korea today. This comes as new reports surface of military units being put back on standby and an emergency National Assembly session being called as we speak.
Given recent remarks from South Korean military decision-makers, it’s unlikely that the military would honor another call up to subvert the impeachment process.
The Russian Navy has ordered all Vessels remaining at the Naval Base in Tartus to immediately depart, due to fears of Rebel Drone Attacks on Ships moored at the Port.

As reports come in that Hayʼat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS)-led forces have reached the key city of Ar Rastan, additional reports of multiple Russian strikes are now coming in. The strikes are reportedly against a bridge where the M5 highway, the principal ground line of communication (GLOC) between Hama and Homs, crosses over the Orontes River. (pictured below)

After the recent rash attacks on U.S bases and infrastructure in Syria, 3 people are now being treated for possible Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). No other known casualties.

Still no mention of a specific group who was behind the attack, but the secretary did mention that Iranian-backed groups and SAA were known to operate in the area.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) site, the epicenter of the earthquake was just under 45 miles off the coast of Petrolia, California. Tsunami Warning still in effect.
If you are in the effected areas, move inland or seek out high ground.
A Tsunami Warning has just been issued for the Coasts of Northern California and Oregon, following a 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake roughly 60 Miles off the Coast of Ferndale, California.

Amidst reports that units have been put back on alert prior to key impeachment proceedings of President Yoon in South Korea, the South Korean Ministry of National Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff have said that “There will be no second martial law…no need to worry.”
Note that this is part of an ongoing hearing, and a number of reports concerning different statements made by military decision-makers are likely to come out in the coming minutes.
Lots of conflicting reports right now, but it’s still fair to assess that the military would not go along with a second iteration of the events that took place two days ago.
According to Yonhap news, the Military rights center in South Korea held a presser where they stated that a number of units have canceled leave, and have been put on standby for a potential call up until the 8th.
"In accordance with the senior unit guidelines, the commander of the sergeant and above the commander of the sthe sergeant were instructed to control the vacation because there may be emergency calls until the 8th."
The assembly is expected to vote today on a recent impeachment motion. Reports also coming in that the assembly will meet in an emergency meeting soon due to the aforementioned reports.
It’s now 11:09 am in Seoul, South Korea. The emergency meeting is expected to happen in the next 30 minutes.
A Statue of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s Father, Hafez al-Assad is toppled tonight by a Crowd of Opposition Supporters in the City of Hama, which was captured earlier today by Rebel Forces. Hafez is known by many Syrians as the “Butcher of Hama” for his role in the 1982 Hama Massacre, which saw the execution of between 20 to 40,000 Sunni Muslims living in the City; then President Hafez attempted to justify the Massacre by claiming all of those killed were Members of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Quick note:
If Russia is striking infrastructure that would enable an easy gap crossing for HTS and subordinate groups, there is a reasonable possibility that they may strike the dam as well. The dam, which sits just upstream from the bridge, could flood the river valley east of the dam and would serve to funnel opposition forces elsewhere.
(To his knowledge) Service members subordinate to U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) have not had their movement restricted, nor were they ever sequestered to bases after the recent declaration of martial law in South Korea.

A spokesperson for the SDF has said that ISIS has taken a number of towns and villages in the Homs and Deir Ezzor desert as SAA forces pull out of them. The likelihood of overlapping operational zones just grew, as the U.S.-led Defeat ISIS (D-ISIS) mission has already seen a significant increase in its operational tempo as a result of the ongoing HTS/SDF/SNA offensives. As covered before, at least one deconfliction call has taken place between the U.S. and Russia, and the probability that other regional state-actors become directly involved has risen significantly in the past hours.

The Israel Defense Force is reporting that Three Suspects were detained earlier near the Nahal Zin River in the Negev Desert of Southern Israel, while Soldiers were Investigating possible “Suspicious Activity” to the South of the Dead Sea, along the Border with Jordan. A Terrorist Infiltration has been ruled out, with the Suspects being taken in for further Questioning.
