Improving New Player Onboarding: Demo Game
Yesterday commmunity voted to remove friction by making eggs instant claimable! This means new players can come and join the game without having to stake or wait for their eggs. Faster buy pressure, more burns and mroe tokens locked!
Today we announcing next step to improving the player onboarding: The Demo Game.
No wallets, no waiting, no tokens, just click and play!
The demo game allows people to try out the game in speedrun. All they need to do is click on get tokens and get eggs and then can see how much money they make in the trial version! We have seen that existing users tend to get addicted to playing the DZOO. This feature makes onboarding super easy!

Our second DAO Vote has successfully finished, resulting in the burning of ALL the remaining team tokens (211M).

Moving 145M DZOO to the DAO Treasury:
The goal has always been to become a fully community-managed DAO that governs the tokens and the game.
145M "Egg Liquidity" were unlocked a few days ago. All these tokens are being moved to the DAO Treasury wallet.
🔥 If the community wants to burn the tokens, they can do so at a rate of 50M/month, leading to all 145M tokens being burned in 3 months. Both DZOO and wDZOO would be eliminated.
🗳️ Votes will require a minimum quorum of 15M tokens, approximately 20% of the circulating supply.
Any user with over 1M tokens can make proposals on the snapshot.

Another community proposal is live, community is proposing a solution to the problem faced by Degen Zoo players when participating in the DAO Maker IDO. The value of their NFT animals is not reflected in their wallets score for DAO Maker, even though they hold valuable NFTs.
To solve this, we suggest that the Degen Zoo team provide a feature that takes a snapshot of players wallets and their NFTs hatch amount with a pegged rate of dZOO at IDO starting date. This will ensure that the value of their NFTs is reflected in their EVM wallets, allowing them to earn the necessary score points for DAO Maker IDO. We believe this proposal will have a significant impact on Degen Zoo and will be a great progress for the community.

DAO Vote on EggFlation
20M tokens have voted, making this the first proposal that actually offically got approved. Option 3 will be put into development. We will allow players to claim 10 eggs at a time, together with this feature we will also add referral rewards for inviting people to hatch!
With referral rewards and free eggs it should be pretty easy to get new players to join DZOO.
Community can make some ideas how referral rewards should be conducted. Please always think about complexity of the idea before suggesting it!

DAO Vote #2: Burn 211M Tokens?
Initially, we intended to give these tokens to the charityDAO however given that the community continues claiming that Team is dumping tokens, I prefer that these tokens are also burned. If the community votes to burn these tokens then 100% of the remaining non-sold token supply has been effectively burned. In case of a burn, 211M DZOO and 211M wDZOO would be burned.
If burned then all remaining tokens that are to be unlocked are:

Over past 2 weeks a lot of players voiced their concerns about the game dynamics. As previously pomised DZOO will become step by step a full community governed game. Today is our first vote. There has been a lot of debate on how the game should move foward but 3 main topics been discussed:
1. We need more new players
2. Lower hatching prices & more animals
3. Shorter game cycles
We created 3 options for players to choose from that cover all three main concerns. The vote will run for 4 days and will require minimum of 20M tokens to participate to count.
