the alarm clock is a psyop. waking up before your body is ready is spiritual violence inflicted upon you by HR departments and shareholders. if you are rising before the sun to look at a spreadsheet to generate shareholder value you are already dead. your circadian rhythm is your only dictator.
stop meditating. stop trying to hack your brain. do nothing. literally nothing. stare at a river until you feel reality dissolve.
the aimless walk is the only cardio you need. no step counter, no garmin, no optimization. just walking through the streets until your feet hurt and you need a rest at a café.
lunch is not a time slot in outlook. time is fake for a europemaxxer. we reject the ontological evil of the sad desk slop bowls. eat the decadent meals. drink the wine at 1pm because the sun is out.
day drinking is a marble column of western civilization. the two negronis at 2pm is a celebration of your ancestors. the cigarettes aren't going to smoke themselves and health is a construct anyway. your body is not a temple, it’s a vessel heading off a cliff. enjoy the ride before your soul flies out.
