Because we know anime and live action aren't the "same"
Like in anime there is features and acts that it's kinda not possible to be turn into real life,like sanji, as you said. The actor might be a little older but if he put the exact eyebrows it definitely would be cringe for
Audience. There is short sounds and acts of anime characters that doesn't fit for live action so I agree that it's not good as anime but one piece was actually a success. It shows the characters language and way right and I think for sanji actually was the best, and there is why:
Other cast used doubles or help for the fight scenes but sanji actor:
He learned the stunt and he learned cooking professionally and in real like have similar characteristics to sanji. So I think he respected his character more due to others.
