Yes, in the latest update, the search widgets no longer work as they used to. I'll fix that and make the feature selection the same as before. For now, I recommend you set the default search widget to "Pixel Search"

What's your DPI and launcher? Also, reset the widget's coordinates in the settings so they're not 0, or enter the city correctly (but be more precise with the coordinates).
