Yes, if you create their favorite icon pack then they should be happy to make their launcher compatible with monochrome icons.

How not? Meet is now Duo, Duo no longer exists. By default the icon should always be Meet, but it is not.

No, that font is called Josefin Sans. It is also included in Niagara Launcher Premium just for the app, but; rebranded as Niagara Neo.
