You can retrieve these notes by using /get notename, or #notename
Personally, I believe masking unsupported icons doesn’t really solve the issue. Even with masking, those icons still keep their original colors and style, which makes them stand out awkwardly against the themed ones.
That's exactly why I keep the option for icon requests open to make sure every icon can be fully themed and match the overall style perfectly.
