You need either Lawnchair or Hyperion to get icons matching wallpaper on Android 11 and below.

Manually every time reapply icon pack. It's the only way until Nova adds the code for automatic monochrome icon theming.

If you have Android 12+ make sure your version supports Material You. Otherwise you need to follow instructions for Android 11 and below.
