1. Любой может создать свое дао, а дикси протокол берет 30% фи с ревардов в трежери комиссию.
То есть все участники по умолчанию становятся владельцами этих ревардов
2. Я не уверен что просто купив сейчас будет какой то повышенный ревард, потому что время удержания будет пару дней и средний баланс удержания 0
