It will be an Ultra High Altitude Solar Powered Pseudo Satellite. It can fly to the height of around 20000 ft i.e. in stratosphere. This pseudo satellite will have endurance of 90 days. Thus it can fill the gap in surveillance system between satellites and the UAVs.
This pseudo satellite will be equipped with advanced sensors and synthetic aperture radar. It will have significant benefits due to its low cost. This pseudo satellite can also be used to facilitate 4G and 5G services in the remote areas. Thus it can enhance communication systems of armed forces along with civilian use.

PAKISTANI BOAT WITH NARCOTICS WORTH RS 480 CRORES APPREHENDED
IN JOINT OPERATION BY INDIAN COAST GUARD, NCB AND ATS
In an overnight joint operation during night of 11/12 Mar 24, the Indian Coast Guard (ICG), based on intelligence inputs, apprehended a Pakistani Boat with 06 crew and narcotics onboard, worth approx Rs 480Cr. The Boat was apprehended about 350 Km from Porbandar into Arabian Sea in a sea-air coordinated operation involving ICG ships and Dornier Aircraft. The operation exhibited well-coordinated efforts between ICG, NCB and ATS Gujrat.
The boat was found to be a Pakistani boat with six crew. Investigation by the joint boarding team and rummaging of boat revealed approx. 80 Kg of drugs worth approx. Rs 480 Cr.
An Indian Air Force LCA Tejas fighter has crashed in Jaisalmer. Pilot ejected safely.
This is the first crash of the indigenous jet since it first flew 23 years ago.

Читать полностью…Report- A serving junior commissioned officer (JCO) of the Indian Army was allegedly abducted by a group of armed men from Thoubal district of strife-torn Manipur on Friday. The JCO, identified as Konsam Kheda Singh, is posted outside Manipur and was home on leave. Until Friday evening, no group had claimed responsibility for the incident or raised any demand linking it with the officer’s release. Police said that they have identified a few suspects and were trying to nab them. Personnel from the state police along with Indian Army and central armed police forces (CAPFs) posted in Manipur have launched an inter-district operation in Thoubal, Bishnupur and Kakching districts to track and rescue the abducted officer. #Prayers

Landing at the remote location after taking off from the hinterlands, this marks a significant milestone in enhancing our nation's aerial capabilities.
Agatti Airport is a regional airport serving the union territory of Lakshadweep, India. It is located at the southern end of Agatti Island, and is the sole airstrip in the archipelago, which lies off the west coast of mainland India.
In a major development, the Cabinet Committee on Security has cleared the project to design and develop the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft fifth generation stealth fighter jet project to be undertaken by the DRDO.
Under the around Rs 15,000 crore project, Defence Research and Development Organisation's Aeronautical Development Agency would develop the stealth fighter jet and its technologies in partnership with various private and public sector agencies and build around five prototypes in around five years, government sources told ANI.
The project would see the prototype manufactured by industry including the public sector unit Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, they said.
The AMCA is expected to start getting inducted in operational roles beyond 2030 and the first two squadrons are planned to be powered by the GE-414 engines while discussions are still on to codevelop more powerful engines for the remaining squadrons.
India is likely to induct over 200 of these powerful fifth-generation fighters and the planes would also help India to develop future generations of fighter jets within the country.
