Report: At least 29 Maoists were killed in an encounter with security personnel in Chhattisgarh's Kanker districtActing on specific intelligence inputs, the BSF in conjunction with the District Reserve Guard (DRG) launched a joint operation in the Binagunda area under the jurisdiction of Chotebetiya police station in Kanker. Seven AK series rifles and three Light Machine Guns (LMGs) have also been seized from the scene of the operation.Three security personnel also sustained injuries in the gunfight but were out of danger (Includes 2 BSF Jawan and 1 DRG Jawan).

Report: Dozens of surface-to-surface missile launches from Iran were identified approaching Israeli territory. The IDF Aerial Defense Array successfully intercepted the majority of the launches using the Arrow Aerial Defense System, together with Israel's strategic allies, before the launches crossed into Israeli territory. A small number of hits were identified, including at an IDF base in southern Israel, where minor damage was caused to infrastructure.
