Now I open it in a private tab and there I have spendable and it works fine very strange.
I open it first in edge, second in chrome and third in private chrome.
In all of them I had the same total locked amount and rewards.
In edge I got 9k spendable and transaction failed, in chrome 0 spendable, and in a private chrome tab 2.4k spendable and the transaction was successfully
