indeed mainnet did not include 3rd party contracts initially. Still doesn’t, but the opportunity is more concrete as we know more atm, some other teams are already building on Dusk, and we have some stuff to fix on the consensus anyway

being on Mainnet means to be on a decentralized network where any change will have to be propagated with a binary upgrade and a migration procedure that will be quite involved
