Today’s memory verse is one of my favourite scriptures. It says that the Lord Jesus has given us His peace. Isn’t that great?

His peace will keep you free from fear and worry. The Bible calls it ‘perfect peace.’ It isn’t like the world’s peace, and the great thing about it is that no one can take His peace away from you. Glory to God!

Therefore, be at rest and let nothing, and no one, make you sad or worried, because Jesus has given you His peace. Hallelujah!

One day, some children were brought to the Lord Jesus, so that He would pray for them, but His disciples stopped them from coming close to the Master. Jesus immediately corrected His disciples when He saw what they were doing. Jesus loves children and that includes you!

No matter the colour of your skin or where you’re from, He loves you just the same.

So, celebrate the love of Jesus today and make sure you tell your friends, neighbours and everyone around you about it.

Jesus is the living Word of God. To believe the Word is to believe in Jesus. And if you act on the Word of God that you hear, it shows that you believe what it says.

Jesus said, “…If you love me, you will do as I command” (John 14:15 CEV). When you do the Word, you’ll receive the blessings in it, and make the Word come alive in you!

For example, the Word says, “Give, and you will receive…” (Luke 6:38 GW). So all you have to do is believe, and act on what the Word says. You’ll be blessed for it.

JESUS: THE ONLY WAY TO SALVATION

Acts 4:12 CEV Only Jesus has the power to save! His name is the only one in all the world that can save anyone.

There’s no other way for anyone to receive salvation except through the Lord Jesus.

The Bible tells us of a man named Cornelius. He was a Roman centurion, who was kind and generous, but, he wasn’t saved (Acts 10:2). His giving and good works were not enough to get him saved. But God sent an angel to him, who told him to send for Peter. When Peter came, he preached to Cornelius and his entire house the message of Christ, and they were saved. Hallelujah!

The Lord Jesus is the only Way to salvation. He is “…the Way; the Truth and the Life…” (John14:6). Get your friends who aren’t saved to say the prayer of Salvation on page 48 after you.

Have you ever had to search for a gift to buy for a loved one? You probably took a trip to several shops, and finally, when you made a choice, you felt convinced your gift was exactly what the person would love to receive.

The Bible says that God sent His Son, Jesus, to die for our sins, and through His death, He brought eternal life to us. His gift to us is good, perfect and it’s the greatest gift of all (James 1:17).

Take out time today and thank God for His gift of eternal life that He’s given you through Jesus Christ our Lord. Also, invite your friends to make Jesus the Lord of their lives so they’ll receive the free gift from God.

The moment you were born again, you became God’s child. Just like Jesus, you’re a member of God’s family. Jesus is the firstborn, and He’s made you joint heirs together with Him (Romans 8:17). This means He’s not only your Lord and Saviour, He’s also your “Big brother.” Isn’t that great?

You see why you should never be afraid of the devil? You’ve got a “big brother” who already defeated him publicly (Colossians 2:15). Glory to God!

So, enjoy your life in Christ and the victory He’s won for you as you tell others about Him.

When God led the children of Israel through the wilderness to the Promised Land, all through their journey, their shoes didn’t wear out neither were they hungry (Deuteronomy 29:5). He took care of them. What a loving and kind God we serve.

Our heavenly Father is full of love and kindness (Psalm 145:8). He can take care of you, so don’t fret about the things you need now or about your future. Remember, He loves and cares for you more than you can ever imagine.

Therefore, rest on His unfailing Word, and He’ll fill your heart with peace and joy knowing all your needs have been taken care of.

Therefore, share this life with everyone around you today, by inviting them to make Jesus the Lord of their lives. This way they too can enjoy life to its fullest. Hallelujah!

Jesus doesn’t change. He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. The wonderful things you read about Him in the Bible are all true, and He hasn’t stopped doing them. All He desires is that you trust Him completely and He’ll perform the same miracles in your life.

Simon Peter and his crew trusted the word of Jesus to cast their empty fish nets into the sea for a great catch. They did, and they caught so many fishes their net broke.

Like Simon, put your trust in the Lord, He’s never failed and He isn’t about to. Glory to God!

Isn’t it great to know that when the Lord Jesus laid down His life for you on the Cross, He didn’t stay dead? The Bible says on the third day He rose from the dead in victory, and today, He’s alive forevermore! Hallelujah!

Jesus lives! Tell your friends, classmates, neighbours and family that Jesus is alive. And because Jesus is alive, they don’t have to go through pain and difficulty anymore. The Lord Jesus went through all that for them.

All they need to do is to accept Him as their Lord and Saviour. You can use the prayer on page 48 to lead them to Christ.

Christmas is the biggest holiday in the whole world but a lot of people still celebrate it without knowing what it's all about.

It's about the message of love; the love of God which made Him send Jesus Christ to the world to die for the sins of everyone.

The Lord wants you to let those around you know that Christ has paid the full price for their sins and all they have to do is receive Him into their hearts as their Lord and Saviour. This is the best gift to give to anyone this season: the message of God's love. Hallelujah!
