Yes, I see the screenshot, but the website says nothing about Electra - so your app might be outdated? (and I can't find a 4stake app on playstore to check it out myself...)

Since when does 4stake support Electra? on their website I can't find any information about that.. (not in the list of coins they support... ) - and how can you access 4stake without a computer (because there doesn't seem to be an App - but may be I'am wrong?)

If you can't use the desktop wallet, because you don't have a computer - you would have to find someone you trust, who does it for you, and then ask this person to send it to a new Electra-Adress that you control. But because there is no reliable mobile-wallet (AtomicDex might work - but for how long I don't know) this would most likely have to be an exchange OR a staking pool (but few exchanges and staking pools have listed Electra, and those that have are not realy safe, because they might de-list without much notice,..

So, the only way you can take your ECA from that address is to: Install a Desktop wallet (if you don't have one already), sync it, use the tool in the pinned message, insert your mnemonic in to the tool, following exactly the manual, and then import the private key in to your desktop wallet.

ATTENTION to everyone with ECA on HITBTC

HitBTC has delisted ECA without prior notice, negociations with HitBTC to reactivate the listing have failed as yet.

There was no timeframe given, how long withdrawals will remain open

PLEASE urgently WITHDRAW your ECA from HITBTC - ASAP..

We recommend to withdraw your ECA to your Desktop-Electra-Wallet for Windows, MacOS or Linux.

The former Electra-mobile wallets and Ellipal are NOT working, and should NOT be used if you still have them on a device...

There might be other options, ATM the AtomicDEX wallet and some staking pools are still supporting Electra, but as this are - like exchanges - third party services, we can't guarantee that they will remain available...

If you only have an Android device, you could download the AtomicDex App (the only app I know that is still supporting Electra) and generate an address there.. Then we might try to extract your private key from your Electra-mobile Mnemonic, and send it there...

Sorry to repeat my self - if you could find the wallet, it would only make things worse, because Electra-Android-wallets can't connect to the Electra-Blockchain anymore, as they depend on working servers, and those don't exist anymore.
