Attention Ecoiners
There have been some unsubstantiated rumours that ecoin foundation has the ability to lock your ecoin wallets and force you to move to a different blockchains etc, all this is completely inaccurate.
YOUR ECOIN ON TLOS CHAIN WILL NOT BE LOCKED once you update the wallet etc.
On the Ecoin Wallet, the keys stays with you, there are no backdoors where we can get your keys.
Infact, we have been quite helpless to many of user request who falsely assume that we can revert their keys to them. Unfortunately we can't, as we do not have access to the private keys.
Please make sure your private keys are stored securely and don't ever share them with anyone as they can then withdraw your funds.
Anyone who is asking you for your private keys is a scammer!
