❤ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللهُ ❤
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي اللهُ عنهُ قَالَ:
{ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَ آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ بثلاث لا أَدَعُهُنَّ حَتَّى أَمُوتَ: صِيَامِ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ , وَرَكْعَتَيْ الضُّحَى , وَأَنْ أُوتِرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنَامَ .}
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
✏ علماً بأن الأيام البيض لهذا الشهر تبدأ من الغد إن شاء الله ( الأحد).

"My dear friend (The Prophet PBUH) advised me to do three things and never let go of them, to fast three days every month, pray duha (before noon prayer) and pray witr (late night prayer) before I sleep."
Narrated by Al-Bukhary and Muslim.

[ وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا - 18 ]
عن زيد بن ثابت رضي اللّه عنه قال:
قال لي رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم:
[ يَا زَيدُ تَعَلَّم لِي كِتَابَ يَهودَ ، فَإِنِّي وَاللهِ مَا آمنُ يَهودَ عَلَى كِتَابِي. ]
قَالَ زَيدٌ: فَتَعَلَّمتُ لَهُ كِتَابَهُم ، مَا مَرَّت بِي خَمسَ عَشرَةَ لَيلَةً حَتى حَذَقتُهُ ، وَكُنتُ أَقرَأُ لَهُ كُتُبَهُم إِذَا كَتَبُوا إِلَيهِ ، وَأُجِيبُ عَنهُ إِذَا كَتَبَ.
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ أحمد.
حَذَقتُهُ = أتقنت لغتهم.

Zaid bin Thabit, may Allah be pleased with him said:
the prophet (PBUH) said to me:
"Oh Zaid, learn, for me, the writing of the jews, for indeed by Allah, I do not trust the jews with my letters"
Zaid said: then I learned their writing, fifteen days did not pass before I became proficien with it, and would read their letters to him when they wrote him, and would write them, on his behalf, when he wanted to send them a letter"

[ وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا - 17 ]
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ انْتِزَاعًا ، يَنْتَزِعُهُ مِنَ الْعِبَادِ ، وَلَكِنْ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ بِقَبْضِ الْعُلَمَاءِ ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يُبْقِ عَالِمًا ، اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُءُوسًا جُهَّالاً فَسُئِلُوا ، فَأَفْتَوْا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ، فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا. ]
رَوَاه البُخَاري ومُسْلِم.

The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Allah does not take away knowledge by seizing it (from people), but He takes it away by taking away (the lives of) the scholars,
Untill no scholar remains, then the people will take ignorant ones as their leaders, who, when asked (about religious matters) they give religious verdicts without knowledge, hence they go astray and lead others astray."

[ نَضَّرَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً سَمِعَ مِنَّا حَدِيثًا فَحَفِظَهُ حَتَّى يُبَلِّغَهُ غَيْرَهُ ، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ ، وَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ لَيْسَ بِفَقِيهٍ. ]
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ التِّرمِذِي.
نضَّر الله امرأً = الدعاء له بالبهجة والحسن.

سُئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم عن كثرة صيامه في شهر شعبان فقال:
( ذَلِكَ شَهْرٌ يَغْفُلُ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ بَيْنَ رَجَبٍ وَرَمَضَانَ ، وَهُوَ شَهْرٌ تُرْفَعُ فِيهِ الأعْمَالُ إِلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ، فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُرْفَعَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ.)
حَدِيثٌ حَسنٌ رواه أَحْمَدُ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ.

{ The Virtues of Shaa'ban ( The eighth month of the Lunar Calendar ) (1) }
The Prophet (PBUH) was asked about his frequent fasting in Sha'ban, and he said:
"That is a month people do not pay much attention to between Rajab and Ramadan. It is a month in which deeds are taken up to the Lord of the worlds, and I like my deeds to be taken up when I am fasting."

حديث صحيح رواه أبو داود.
الْإِمَامُ ضَامِن = على القراءة و الدعاء و عدد الركعات.
الْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ = على الصلاة و الصيام.

A guarantor Imam: with the (proper) recitation of Quran, supplication and the right number of Rak'a in prayers
A trusted Mo'athen: with the (timing of) prayer and fasting

[ فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِهِ - 5 ]
عن كعب بن عُجرة رضي الله عنه قال: مرَّ على النبيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رجلٌ ، فرأى أصحَابُ رسول الله صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جَلَدِه ونشاطِهِ ، فقالوا: يا رسولَ الله! لوْ كانَ هذا في سبيلِ الله؟ فقال رسولُ الله صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
( إنْ كانَ خرج يَسْعى على وَلَدِه صغاراً ، فهو في سبيل الله ، وإنْ كان خرجَ يسْعى على أبوينِ شَيْخَينِ كبيرَينِ ، فهو في سبيلِ الله ، وإنْ كان خَرج يَسْعى على نفْسِه يَعَفُّها ، فهو في سبيلِ الله. )
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاه الطبراني.

[ Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence 5 ]
On the authority of Kaab Ben Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, A man passed by the Prophet (PBUH) and the companions noticed his strength and energy They said, “O Messenger of Allah, if only he were in the path of Allah!” (i.e., if only he put this effort into fighting for the cause of Allah). The Prophet (PBUH) replied,
"If he went out striving to provide for his young children, he is in the path of Allah. If he went out striving to support his elderly parents, he is in the path of Allah. If he went out striving to sustain himself and remain chaste, he is in the path of Allah."
Narrated by Tabarani.

[ فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِهِ - 3 ]
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
( مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا إِلاَّ كَانَ مَا أُكِلَ مِنْهُ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا سُرِقَ مِنْهُ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الطَّيْرُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةً وَلاَ يَرْزَؤُهُ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ كَانَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ. )
رَوَاه مُسْلِم.
يرْزؤه = نقصه أو أخذ منه.

"Never does a Muslim plant a tree except that he has the reward of charity for him, for what is eaten out of that is charity; what is stolen out of that, what the beasts eat out of that, what the birds eat out of that is charity for him. None incurs a loss to him but it becomes a charity on his part."
Narrated by Muslim.

فَيَحْتَطِبَ = يجمع الحطب.

"By Him in Whose Hand my life is, it is better for anyone of you to take a rope and cut the wood (from the forest) and carry it over his back and sell it (as a means of earning his living) rather than to ask a person for something and that person may give him or not."

💡 اُنْظُرْ إِلَى عِظَمِ الْبَلَاءِ.
قالَ ابْنُ كَثِيرٍ في تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:
﴿ فَلَمَّا أَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهُ لِلْجَبِينِ ﴾
قِيلَ: أَسْلَمَا؛ أَيْ اسْتَسْلَمَا لِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ، وَعَزَمَا عَلَى ذٰلِكَ.
وَقِيلَ: هٰذَا مِنَ الْمُقَدَّمِ وَالْمُؤَخَّرِ،
وَالْمَعْنَى: تَلَّهُ لِلْجَبِينِ؛ أَيْ أَلْقَاهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ.
وَقِيلَ: أَرَادَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَهُ مِنْ قَفَاهُ، لِئَلَّا يُشَاهِدَهُ فِي حَالِ ذَبْحِهِ؛
قَالَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٌ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، وَقَتَادَةُ، وَالضَّحَّاكُ.
وَقِيلَ: بَلْ أَضْجَعَهُ كَمَا تُضْجَعُ الذَّبَائِحُ، وَبَقِيَ طَرَفُ جَبِينِهِ لَاصِقًا بِالْأَرْضِ.
وَأَسْلَمَا؛ أَيْ سَمَّى إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَكَبَّرَ، وَتَشَهَّدَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْمَوْتِ.
📓 الْبِدَايَةُ وَالنِّهَايَةُ (١ / ٢٣٣)

اللهم لا تُبعِدني من خمس،
ستــرك، وعفـوك ،ورضاك،
وحُسـن الخــاتمة ، والجنة.

Zaid Ben Arqam reported that, I am not going to say anything but only that which Allah's Messenger (PBUH) used to say,
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that is of no benefit, from a heart that is not humble, from a soul that is not satisfied and from a supplication that is not answered"

{ فضل شهر شعبان (2) }
سُئِلت أمُ المؤمنين عائشةَ رضي اللهُ عنها عن صيامِ رسولِ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ فقالت:
"كان يصومُ حتى نقول : قد صام ، ويفطر حتى نقول: قد أفطر ، ولم أرَه صائمًا من شهرٍ قطُّ أكثرَ من صيامِه من شعبانَ ، كان يصومُ شعبانَ كلَّه ، كان يصومُ شعبانَ إلا قليلًا."
رواه مسلم.

'Aisha, the mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her), was asked about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and she said:
"He used to fast consecutively that we said, 'He has fasted (he will never stop fasting), and he did not fast till we said, 'He will not fast', and I never saw him fasting in any other month more than he did in Sha'ban. He used to fast the whole of Sha'ban. He used to fast the whole of Sha'ban except for a few days."
Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ وإِنَّ فَضْلَ الْعَالِمِ عَلَى الْعَابِدِ ، كَفَضْلِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الْكَوَاكِبِ. ]

فَسِيلَةٌ = نَبْتَةٌ صَغيرةٌ مِنَ النَّخْلِ.
