The Chinese nationals who lobbied and arranged the financing and placement of machines at strategic places in key counties in six states must be treated as agents of espionage and the boots on the ground of a foreign incursion into our nation's electoral process. I ask our government to hold responsible the folks who coded the "Republican" term into the machines as a crafty misspelling substituting a capital "i" for the lowercase "L" as to make it undetectable to the naked eye. The executives and coders responsible for writing that code for the presidential ballot as a way to easily parse the presidential votes within the machines must be tried for sedition.

I call for a military inquiry into the breach of our systems by foreign powers and do so knowing that my lack of confidence in DOJ leadership and the federal judiciary which seemed to punt on every legal challenge brought so far ... is the very definition of a constitutional crisis that is furthered by the recent "blame" laid on President Donald J. Trump for expressing his concerns about these vote results and the underlying process of counting and reallocation or adjudication en mass millions of votes within the bowels of these machines.

This is not an issue that will go away, electronic voting is the future and unless laws and audit trails are sacrosanct, we are lost to whoever wishes to do our process harm through manipulation of those machines.

It should not be a matter of who has the best lawyers or the most money or tech to rig/hack the votes and then use the courts and election boards to cover it up. The votes belong to the citizens and the records and images of those ballots also belong to us, not the politicians who bought them.

I do not agree with or condone in any way the violence exhibited by those who were also aggrieved and felt it necessary to take up arms against congress and/or disrupt their voting. That was not the proper course of action.

I did not believe that Pence would go along with the scheme to decertify or not count the electoral votes from the disputed states. Rather, I gathered in solidarity with the citizens of those states and we numbered well over 200,000, in our mostly peaceful rally.

Further, I ask that the folks saying that these machines were hacked be vetted and tried for sedition if the machines were not hacked. But I ask the same for any found to be involved in facilitating the connection of the machines to the internet and/or the transfer of data offshore.

I specifically ask that the control of election integrity be treated seriously as a matter of national security, an imminent threat to our sovereignty. Such that transparency and integrity can and MUST be restored to the process and safeguarding of our election infrastructure by whatever means necessary including the seizing of the machines by force by the military for evidence at whatever military tribunals are required to quickly and most efficaciously deal with this challenge to our open and free elections.

I am disappointed in current leadership and prosecutors at the department of Justice who have a finger to the wind on who is (2016) or will come into power (2017 to present). So, this is a crisis that transcends every party. I lack confidence in the way the leadership of this department conducted themselves with regard to investigations of political figures over the past 8 years. It seems that it is an unfixable problem if leadership of law enforcement lack the courage to step forward and hold records integrity and retention violators accountable in these current circumstances, including the outright defiance of subpoenas (AZ) and the shredding of ballots (GA - WITH THE AID OF THE FBI)

I mourn the loss of life. I also mourn the politicization of the protest by both sides. I stood with my fellow citizens and rallied with them in support of a transparent election process and will continue do so.

The point in me attending that rally was to show that we would not stand silent and allow the electronic ballot stuffing to go unchallenged without my physical presence at a gathering in size to match or surpass just about any other non commeorative event in DC in our nation's history (betcha didn't know that). And to stand as a witness against those who would blithely sweep the allegations of fraud aside in their rush to install Kamala Harris as president. It will be forever a stain on our country that that certification was rammed thru over these objections.

It's me.. I was in DC on the 6th. I am a 20 year DOJ employee. I was exercising my 1st amendment right to peaceably assemble and seek redress for my grievances. Specifically, my grievance is that a forensic audit of the voting machines has not been allowed and will not be allowed under the cover of a vicious attack on any who question the legitimacy of this election by none other than my Senator Mitt Romney.

For context in why I am aggrieved: His father launched the George Romney for President campaign from my parents front porch in New Hampshire. So, yes, I am a part of everything that man has become since that day.

His actions are personally and particularly insulting to me as that support cost my father his position at the University of New Hampshire.
