- NEWS - Denmark contributes $19.5 million to restore Ukraine's energy system

The Danish government has allocated 130 million Danish kroner ($19.5 million) to restore Ukraine's energy infrastructure after Russia's mass attacks, according to the Sept. 23 Denmark Energy Ministry's statement.

Denmark's new contribution to support Ukraine's energy system is one of the largest ever made by the country. The funds will be used to implement emergency measures, as well as to purchase equipment and spare parts to restore the security of the energy supply, the ministry said.

"Russia is violating the rules of war with its massive attacks on Ukraine's electricity and heat supply system. As winter approaches, many Ukrainian homes will be left without heat and electricity," Aagaard said.

🛡Croatia plans to supply Ukraine with 30 M-84 tanks and 30 M-80 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) as part of a new defense agreement with Germany. To offset this transfer, Croatia will receive 50 Leopard 2A8 tanks from Germany, the latest model from Rheinmetall, according to Croatia’s Ministry of Defense.

💥 Originally Yugoslav-made, Croatia’s M-84s have been upgraded with enhanced mobility and communications, though protection remains limited without additional armor. The transfer agreement, signed by Croatian and German Defense Ministers Ivan Anušić and Boris Pistorius, includes funding from Germany for initial Croatian deliveries.

🤝 This deal strengthens Ukraine’s ground capabilities while modernizing Croatia’s defense. The Leopard 2A8s provide significant firepower and advanced protection, giving Croatia a defense boost while enabling Ukraine to reinforce its armored units against Russian forces.

📈 An official Croatian financing decision for the Leopard acquisition is expected in November.

Regarding the situation on the Kupyansk front, government officials (deputies) are doing nothing to support the soldiers defending the city and its surroundings. They're simply laundering money in the name of 'supplies' while buying mansions in the EU. This is both pathetic and hostile toward their own people and soldiers.
