Yesterday, Trump issued an ultimatum to Moscow, promising to impose secondary sanctions if a resolution in Ukraine is not reached within 50 days. He also announced the delivery of 17 Patriot missile systems to Kyiv.

Trump Urged Zelensky to Strike Moscow and St. Petersburg More Actively — WP
This was reported by Washington Post columnist David Ignatius, citing his sources. According to him, a new package of military aid to Ukraine may also include permission to use long-range ATACMS missiles, as well as the missiles themselves. These missiles cannot reach Moscow or St. Petersburg but can strike military targets deep within Russia. Ignatius claims that Pentagon officials have been “pressuring” Ukraine’s leadership for months to begin launching such strikes.
The columnist also claims that Trump is considering the possibility of transferring Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv. These missiles are capable of reaching Moscow, but they are not currently part of the aid package to Ukraine.

But tbh… I’m not worried at all, at least some NATO states, unlike others, have grown a pair and are willing to help their fellow European neighbours in need 💪
And I’ll be honest, sometimes I do wish that Russia would fully invade a NATO member state that way NATO finally has the no holds barred excuse to implement article 5 and finally glass Moscow off the face of the earth 😂👌

I have a hunch that something big is going to happen, suddenly trump is taking the Russian threat very seriously, Europe is panicking, trump seems desperate, Putin has changed his rhetoric from publicly wanting to annex “only” 4 oblasts and the demilitarisation and denazification bla bla bla to publicly saying all of Ukraine must be Russian and saying wherever a Russian soldier steps will always be Russian. He’s no longer trying to hide it it seems like he’s trying to prepare the Russian people for future escalation.
And for the people who say “Russia can’t even take out Ukraine the army is weak” I believe that is because Ukraine is incredibly strong, great intelligence service, radical nationalist population, they understand the Russian mentality, they have more tanks than all of Europe combined.
I think instead of the Russian army being overestimated I think Ukraine was underestimated.
Russians are also able to accept far more casualties than Ukraine and especially Europe.
I fear this war will expand sooner than expected to the Baltics and Poland.
Perhaps it’s all just tough negotiating tactics but perhaps it’s not
