Research shows that Europe is financing deportation & abandonment of illegal migrants in the Sahara. Research shows that the EU has given North African countries (out of the hands of European ahem "leaders" like Meloni and Rutte) a large pot of wonga to quietly stop illegal migrants - by deporting them into the middle of the Sahara. Way to go Europe, with your nice words of human rights and freedom and equality! Really something to be proud of, again...
Migration is a hot topic and has boosted right-wing parties such as the PVV in Nl, but also Rassemblement (Front) National in Fr. and the Fratelli d'Italia in Italy, because migration is actually an important issue! That's why it's mighty strange that neither the EU nor Europe's states seem to have ANY sensible policy about this vital topic. Instead, politicians have just turned migration into a dirty, corrupted business of human trafficking. And nothing more than that.
But that's not good enough! Because illegal immigrants are ultimately people too. With all the good and all the bad that comes with it... That's why some logical policy would be nice. Interesting detail: Turnout for these elections in Europe was only %50 procent. That means that 1 in 2 European citizens (or about 200 miljoen people) did not vote. So what to expect now? PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE IN EP | Did you know that there was a "presidential" debate in the EU parliament today, between the various "Spitzenkandidaten" voor de role of EU Commission president? No, probably not. It wasn't exactly big news, since Von der Leyen's nomination is already a forgone conclusion ... Interestingly, only pro-EU parties were invited to the debate, the Eurosceptic ID & ECR fractions were not invited. How very democratic! You probably missed this, but it was Eurovision Song festival time again. And Jeez Louise, was it a mess ...
Some stupid shit that happened:
✔️ The favorite to win (Joost Klein from 🇳🇱) was kicked out & is being charged by Swedish police for "looking threatening at a camerawoman" (you can't make this up! 😳)
✔️ Audience members had to hand over their EU flags at the door, as the 🇪🇺 flag was banned at this so-called "European" event. At the same time 🏳🌈-flags ARE allowed in, as the organisers (EBU) consider those to be 'not political' 🙄
✔️ Norwegian contestant stayed home to boycott Israel's participation.
✔️ Because Israel is apparently a European country (and so is Australia by the way) ....
✔️ Because the audience booed Israel, the organizers put on an applause track during her performance, just so nobody would hear what's really going on ...
✔️ And last but not least: The show was won by a self-identified (Jeez Christ! ....) 'non binary' Swiss act and the media are trying to push how great it is that the festival has been won by a non binary freak ... 🥴
✔️ At the same time, viewership of a program that was once watched by ALL of Europe has plummeted 📈📉
The Eurovision Song Contest is an example of what is wrong with Europe today: A great & wonderful idea when it started. Then it got hijacked by perverts and bureaucrats. Now it's ruined.

Under new legislation it has now become mandatory for citizens (or to be more precise: subjects) to register their chickens with the government.
The stated reason is to combat bird flu - even tho the UK government declared the country 'bird flu free' last week.
What happens if a Brit refuses to register his chickens? He runs the risk off a 5000 pound fine and/or 6 months in jail!
People's ability to produce their own food gets more and more limited by an overreaching, totalitarian government. Clearly the aim is for people to starve to death.
