Me: I was shocked and didn't answer for 3 seconds and then again she gave an eye contact,then started answering...as I am currently working as jr, software engineer,I will.. interrupted me

VO: Officer, was continuously checking my SEVIS receipt and asked if I paid SEVIS fee?
Me: Yes, officer I paid my SEVIS fees

VO: Can you please go to counter no-4 and come back to my counter again.?
Me: I am in shock and didn't understand anything. And I said Okay officer.

VO: Counter no-4 is for document verification and a Indian person is there.?
Me: I explained to him what happened and asked to check my SEVIS fee

VO: He is checked and said me that my SEVIS was not transferred to the new University name.?
Me: I was shocked and I didn't know what to do. I by mistakenly brought my previous rejected University sevis receipt.

VO: He said me to mail to the university to get updated SEVIS receipt.?
Me: I said ok.

VO: That person in counter no-4 gave me a slip and asked me to mail them those documents mentioned in the slip after receiving the updated SEVIS receipt from the university. And said me to leave.?
Me: I said but the officer told me to come back to his counter

VO: The person in counter no-4 said please wait for 2min and he took my passport along with him.?
Me: After a brief amount of gap, he came back and gave my passport to me and said to go to my interview counter. I went back and stood again in the same counter line and was waiting for my turn thinking for sure it's a rejection for me today again. I was very tensed and was literally shaking.

VO: Officer again wished me good morning?
Me: I said good morning officer and he immediately saw me and asked my passport.

VO: Officer was continuously typeing for 1min without asking any further questions or information?
Me: There were few min of gap.

VO: He started to say, i am rejecting your visa right now but I will give you 221g slip as your sevis fees was not transferred and also your classes have already commenced. So, get an updated I20 for next intake along with updated SEVIS receipt. He also said, in the 221g slip there's a mail ID, you just email us all the required documents and you don't need to schedule your interview again. We will check your documents and schedule your interview.?
Me: I was in shock because I never knew about 221g slip and I rechecked with the officer that should I schedule my interview again?

VO: The officer was very kind and repeated everything clearly and gave my passport back to me.?
Me: And I said thank you officer and left the interview location.

VO: After few months i.e, in end of October I got admission from another university which is Illinois institute of technology. And my admission was rejected by University of Cincinnati.?
Me: After getting my I20 from IIT Chicago I transferred my SEVIS fees to IIT Chicago and submitted all the documents thro
