Me: yes sir , unfortunately i got refused 3 times for my f1 visa

Me: tbh i think that was my mistakes in representing my self or i haven't open up regarding my profile

VO: why you only wants to go to usa you could have applied to other country as well?
Me: yes officer based on my profile , i could have applied to other countries too but it will not impact my career with other countries . Officer my goal is not just to pursue masters in USA but i want to create that USA education impact on my country , i will be getting many opportunities to learn under the top professors in every field like software engineering and .... stopped

Me: officer i will reapply again if you tell me any shortcomings in my profile or the areas that i need to improve

Me: officer after that i have gained some more experiences on some tools and technologies that will be helpful for my future goals . I have gained some hands on experiences on CI/CD tools and AWS which is cloud service provider....

Me: I am a certified network engineer officer. I have hand selected schools that have strong networking labs and eastblished endowment from vendors such as cisco, juniper and HP aruba.

Me: Yes officer. I also brought my ccnp certifications with me.
Visa officer: dont need. Are you pursuing ccie too?
Me: i have completed my ccie written. Preparing for lab exam.

VO: Is your education loan collateral? What is your parents income?
Me: Officer my parents combined income is 38 lakhs. They work for government and their pay scale is slab 6,o6 officers..
My annual income is 28 lakhs.
Visa officer: where are they stationed?
Officer in Hyderabad itself.

Me: yes officerm. Nit br ambdkar surat. now working in banglore.

VO: What collateral did you use for your loan
Me: Officer, our property of residence and few assets in the city that yeild high equity.

VO: Your visa will be approved after few checks. We are keeping the passport.
Me: Thanks officer.
My visa is approved after 1 week. Not sure what checks they did. I didnt show bank statements or loan documents.

Mostly studebts are beung rejected for weak finances and no job experience.. Regular universities. Most studenrs are giving same example such as curriculum.. Gooe school etc.. You fan tell they are not genuine answers.. At end of the day I cant believe my visa is approved.. Apply on your own. Go with collateral bank loan from sbi etc.. Avoid brokers and brokered private finance schemes.

Me: I am confused she give me my passport back and a 221g case slip in which the matter is "Your application requires additional administrative processing.( Social Media)" Which means" visa application has not been fully approved yet and is currently refused under section 221(g) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). This is not a final refusal, but rather a temporary hold until further administrative steps are completed."

VO: So u r in usa for over 100 days?? Why?
Me: Officer , I have gone to usa to to do unpaid observership which helped me to gain clinical experience in usa.interuppted again

VO: No no no u have told us while u had came for b1b2 visa in 2022 that u will stay only for 30 days how u gonna explain this?
Me: Ma'am I have done unpaid observership in three different city each one month long florida international University Brooklyn cancer care and jackson park hospital chicago. ( Guys i literally planned for 30 days initially then after I got my visa I planned for three elective as on b1/b2 we can for 180 days so planned for 100 days which is completely legal no overstay no illegal work nothing & I got 10 year b1b2 visa at that time.)

VO: vo goes inside and came back with some kind of stamp continuosly typing something?
Me: Sorry You're not eligible for f1 visa and and I'm cancelling ur b1 b2 visa ( cancelled without prejudice) I have no words now a days can not even stayed longer than ur visa interview said timings guys. Bye 🙂

Tips: They can slightly tell whether u nervous or tensed or you are chill about it.

When they open bulk, you all will get an appointment. Don't fall prey and get scammed. Don't pay upfront, especially if it is nonrefundable. If you already paid for fraudulent services that promised earlier appointment, go to your bank statement and report that transaction as fraudulent. You will get your money back.

Not sure why I was rejected. It is a public school. She didnt ask me about funding or sponsoring.
My scores are genuine and I took GRE too on my own.
A lot of students in line were failing to answer very basic questions. They probably ruined her mood and by the time it was my turn odds were against me.

Finding a slot itself took a lot of effort. I dont know if i have can apply again.. What do you all recommend?

Me: I was in shock, couldn't even reply back
Silently took and came back

The whole interview was in a min and couldn't understand the reason for rejection despite me being confident and didn't fumble at all!

Me: I graduated in the year 2020 in bachelors of comerce accounting and finance

VO: Then what were u doing since 2020?
Me: I am working with axis bank since 4 years

VO: What is your position ?
Me: I am working as a business analyst

VO: Then why masters now ? U already have a good job here?
Me: Officer my goal is to work with top mncs like deloitte and EY as an accounting manager and work and excel in such companies i need deeper expertise in the feild of us gaap , international taxation which i am currently lacking . As ive got solid foundation of how real world financial systems work i now want to deepen my knowledge and move towards advanced roles like an accounting manager or internal auditor

VO: Asked again wt role ur doing rn and what is ur career goal?
Me: I’m currently working as business anyalst , and i want to move towards advanced roles like an accounting manger or internal auditor

VO: Whos funding ur edu?
Me: My father is sponsering … interupted

VO: What does he do ?
Me: Hes a businessman .. interupted

VO: What business?
Me: He has 5 hotels here in mumbai.

VO: Have u tracelled outside india?
Me: Yes officer , I’ve been to thailand for a trip

VO: Do u have any relatives in usa?
Me: Yes i have my elder sister in usa

VO: What is she doing there?
Me: She has completed her masters and now doing her opt

VO: Typed and finally said the golden words your visa is approved?
Me: Thankk u sooo much officer

There were lot of visa approvals today at mumbai consulate .. rarely i saw few students who got rejected .. its my experience that Luck factor matters alot .. be confident .. there were alot of students whoo were fumbling but yet the officers were approving their visas .. best of luck to all the students who have upcoming interviews scheduled!
