This BBC article literally says James put up offensive stickers and then says he was jailed for five years:
"James Costello, 38, of Kirkby, placed stickers across Merseyside to advertise the website, which contained racist material.
"Merseyside Police said Costello hoped he would recruit and radicalise people to the Creativity Movement.
"He was jailed for five years at Liverpool Crown Court for 19 offences of stirring up racial hatred."
This is the most disproportionate totalitarian dystopian punishment for "thought crimes" I've seen in recent years----made all the more unbelievable by the fact that I just met James and befriended him. A decent, friendly, cultured man; an absolute gentleman.
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE IN THE UK???!! Here is my reply in the 4th Circuit to the opposition brief filed by the attorneys representing the City of Charlottesville, etc arguing for dismissal of my suit.
This reply was prepared by my attorney Glen Allen of the Free Expression Foundation, who did an absolutely amazing job. Watching a top notch attorney like Glen do battle with a whole pack of System lawyers is like watching a lion swatting at jackals.
The courts may be institutionally corrupt and anti-White, but that doesn't mean we should give up our rights easily. Every time we fight tooth and nail for our basic constitutional rights, we make our oppressors' job a little more difficult.
Also, we send the message that we're not going to just roll over and take it. There are still great attorneys willing to fight for our rights as Americans. We've got justice, the law and the truth on our side, and if they still do rule against us, they do so at the cost of their own legitimacy, which is rapidly collapsing.
