Louisa County, #Virginia. Woman flips her car during a #RoadRage incident after she tried passing a car on the left shoulder.

And then unravels itself when men have secured wealth and safety, slowly compromising the civilization's institutions, principles and overall moral spirit; the things that made the civilization great in the first place.
