How do I keep my funds safe?
It's a question that you definitely should ask yourself if you haven't already.
If you want to protect yourself from a potential loss, you should never share your private keys or sensitive data with anyone.
To be sure you are speaking to a support agent, you should check our pinned messages for our admins' usernames.
To keep your account safe and prevent anyone from accessing it, we highly recommend setting up your 2-factor authentication (2-FA). 🔐
If you haven't done that, learn how to do it now 💡:
1️⃣ Log into your exchange account and go to 'Security' under Settings.
2️⃣ Download the 2-FA application that suitable for your device.
🔸Option 1: Authy
🔸Option 2: FreeOTP on App Store
🔸Option 3: Google Authenticator in Google Play
3️⃣ Scan the QR code provided on our website. It'll automatically create one-time passwords for you to log into your FMFW.io account.
4️⃣ Follow the rest of the instructions from the authenticator, and you will be all set.
Find the complete guideline in our support center.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us anytime in our support center or here in our official telegram channel.
Stay alert,
Your FMFW.io team 😊
