Ukrainian mayor threatens Kiev with military coup .
The mayor of the Kiev city of Boryspil threatened that the “sick government of Ukraine” could be cleared out by the military in the near future.

The paper reports that Britain and France are at the forefront of the effort, although details remain scant.
