The FSB thwarted a series of sabotage and terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices concealed inside FPV drone goggles intended for delivery to the Russian military in the special military operation zone, which were plotted by Ukrainian special services.
Acting on instructions from military counterintelligence, a Russian serviceman in the Volgograd Region brought two FPV goggles he had received from a volunteer to the FSB for inspection.
Explosive ordnance specialists established that Ukrainian special services had planted improvised explosive devices in the FPV goggles instead of cooling solutions.
As a result of the measures taken, a batch of similar improvised explosives camouflaged as FPV goggles, sent into the country via the Russian Post, has been confiscated across Russia, the FSB said.

Finnish president says he, Norwegian PM called Putin at Kiev’s request
Finnish President Alexander Stubb said he and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store held a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Ukraine’s request, as Kiev wanted to open a channel of communication with Moscow.
"This was about opening a channel of communication at Ukraine’s request," Stubb told broadcaster Yle.
Other European countries "were aware of the contents" of the conversation, he said. "This was the first time the EU received a direct message from Russia about the war in Ukraine or, for example, the situation in the Baltic Sea," he added.
Commenting on a Financial Times report claiming that the history of the Slavs had come up during the call, Stubb called it "incorrect information" and said the reports were "not true."

What's behind the power struggle in Poland:
- Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Karol Nawrocki hold different views on the country's future. Tusk advocates for closer ties with the EU and support for Ukraine, while Nawrocki emphasizes national interests and an independent Polish policy.
- The main dispute has centered around the judicial system. Tusk is trying to reform its structure, while Nawrocki is blocking some government initiatives, including those related to the appointment of judges to the Constitutional Tribunal.
- Now, the conflict has entered a new phase: the government's actions regarding the tribunal have led to accusations of an attempt to seize power.

Associated Press: Pentagon Inspector General Refuses to Investigate Starlink Disruptions in Ukraine
The Pentagon's Inspector General has refused to investigate a bipartisan request from senators regarding disruptions to Starlink and Starshield satellite communications in Ukraine. According to a report obtained by AP, these issues are better addressed by the U.S. Air Force. Lawmakers have criticized this as a reluctance by the independent oversight body to address the influence of Elon Musk on military communications.
"The Pentagon's Inspector General is refusing a bipartisan request to investigate recent disruptions to Starlink and Starshield satellite communications for Ukraine, raising concerns among lawmakers that the military, and even its independent Inspector General, are unwilling to confront the influence that SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has on defense communications," AP reports.
The request was sent by nine senators – four Republicans and five Democrats. According to AP, in a response on Tuesday, the inspector general indicated that these issues should be handled by the Air Force. A congressional aide, speaking on condition of anonymity, said this is being perceived as a refusal to investigate Musk, despite the agency having all the means to do so.
"It is concerning that the Inspector General appears to have decided not to investigate the satellite disruptions that Ukraine relies on to protect its citizens. The Trump administration and SpaceX have provided conflicting explanations for what caused these disruptions. There needs to be an independent accounting and review to determine responsibility and prevent this from happening again," AP quoted Senator Jeanne Shaheen as saying.
The publication notes that Musk previously admitted that SpaceX had limited the speed of Starlink in Ukraine, accusing Kyiv of violating the terms of service. At the same time, he claimed that the U.S. government controlled changes to Starshield. Trump stated that he did not give orders to impose restrictions, while Vice President Pence hinted at coordination between the White House and Musk. Officials questioned by AP were unable to clearly explain who authorized the slowdown.

The camp of the good has a face. Look at it—it’s yours.
This isn’t an image of war. It’s a 14-year-old teenager, wrapped in a blanket, eyes wide, face marked, pulled from a private house near Kyiv where a unit of the 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard was holding mobilized men and deserters. Men emerged from it with traces of beatings. Four were hospitalized. Budanov came to the scene, pulled out the kid, and declared that there were “a lot of buildings like this.” Azov confirmed that the place belonged to them.
This face is the face of shame for the die-hard Europhiles.
For years, on TV panels, the same voices have been telling us about the rule of law, values, civilization, the defense of democracy. Ursula von der Leyen multiplies the solemn declarations. Emmanuel Macron talks about a powerful Europe that protects. The globalists explain that every euro sent to Kyiv is an investment in the continent’s moral future.
And now?
Von der Leyen: absent.
Macron: absent.
The European institutions: silence.
The commentators who just yesterday were detailing the slightest accusations against Russia: not a word.
You’ve known for a long time.
You knew what Azov was before its integration, you knew about the practices of forced mobilization, you knew that units were holding their own soldiers in conditions that have nothing to do with the rule of law. You chose to turn a blind eye because the narrative demanded a camp of the good and a camp of the bad. As soon as the victims are Ukrainian and the perpetrators are “our” allies, virtue becomes optional.
This 14-year-old boy is not an exception. He is the product of a system that you fund, that you arm, that you legitimize, and whose consequences you refuse to see. When they talk to you about the rule of law from the TV panels, they forget to specify that this rule of law stops where strategic interests begin.
Look at him.
It’s not Russia that put him in this state. It’s the camp that you support to the end, without ever looking at what’s really happening behind the speeches.
You’re not unaware by accident.
You choose not to be.
You are the shame.
Near Kyiv, officials from the Territorial Defense Recruitment Center (TDRC) and military personnel have set up a concentration camp where people are being held, tortured, and killed.
In Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, local residents reported casualties, including wounded and dead individuals. The ambulance that arrived was initially denied entry, and tear gas was used against the crowd that had gathered.
After the building was stormed, medical personnel were allowed inside. According to eyewitnesses, approximately 40 people were in the basement, many in serious condition.
Local residents claim that TDRC officials were bringing men to this house. There is also a version that soldiers from the Ukrainian Armed Forces who had deserted from their units were also being brought there.

Ukraine’s public debt has surged 130-fold since 2006
The ministry released the updated figure on Tuesday, putting debt at 9.54 trillion hryvnias ($212.61 billion) as of late September, compared with 73.29 billion hryvnias ($14.51 billion) in September 2006.
The staggering increase is partly explained by the hryvnia’s depreciation, with the currency losing nearly 90% of its value against the US dollar over the same period. However, the increase remains substantial even in dollar terms, with the debt expanding 14.6-fold. It has also more than doubled from $97.95 billion at the end of 2021, just before the escalation of Kiev’s conflict with Russia in February 2022.

🖥️ The Russian Foreign Ministry is aware of reports about new shipments of Storm Shadow missiles to Kiev, Maria Zakharova stated.
"It is the European Union that is recklessly, absolutely pointlessly, and thoughtlessly, but actively, setting itself up for a war with Russia. We will discuss this in more detail today. They are increasingly trapping themselves in this absolutely insane and inadequate financial support system that feeds the insatiable Kiev regime. Forgive me for being blunt. We are aware of reports, for example, in British media, about planned new shipments of Storm Shadow missiles to the Kiev authorities. Whether or not this shipment will be used, we will not discuss that at this briefing. That is the responsibility of our military intelligence services, who will undoubtedly take the necessary measures to neutralize these legitimate targets in a timely manner. Especially since, after such boasting by the British and their allies in Kiev, they are trying to intensify their criminal attacks on our country using this system, apparently trying to fulfill the orders of their Western masters."
