0.59 ETH? that seems quite high, there’s likely a problem with that transaction
Check that
1. you have the correct wallet connected
2. that you copied the number correctly
Looks like the address indeed contains some tratok. If you don’t see it in the withdrawals interface, you can withdraw it like so:
1. Go to https://etherscan.io/address/0x8d12a197cb00d4747a1fe03395095ce2a5cc6819#readContract#F11 → “11. balanceOf”:in token (address), enter 0xe225aca29524bb65fd82c79a9602f3b4f9c6fe3f, in user (address) enter the address you sent me; click “Query”
2. A number will appear below, like uint256 : 1234000. Copy the number (1234000).
3. Go to https://etherscan.io/address/0x8d12a197cb00d4747a1fe03395095ce2a5cc6819#writeContract and click “Connect wallet”, make sure your wallet connects
4. Find “11. withdrawToken”. In token (address) enter 0xe225aca29524bb65fd82c79a9602f3b4f9c6fe3f, in amount (uint256) paste the number you received above.
5. Click “write” and confirm transaction.
if it doesn’t show up in the withdrawals list, then either:
* you’ve connected the wrong address (make sure “Deposited balances for…” shows the address you traded from)
* you don’t have that token on balance
You can share your address and I can see whether there really is Tratok deposited
