coinbase offers a few options for converting / trading tokens to fiat, all have different fees, right now i can trade from USDC to GBP for 0.4% taker or 0.25% maker. these seem to be lower then the fees your quoting. the introduction fee level for coinbase advanced is 1.2% / 0.6% which is also lower then your quote. i dont think ive ever paid more then 2% for a conversion on any exchange.

Creating pools are autonomous, so, would it be Frax's responsibility to know all pools on a chain?

Wouldnt it be Frax's responsibility to provide the L0 bridging and thats it? If L0 works for frxETH to arbitrum, I struggle to see where Frax's responsibility starts and ends with advising users about the pools and liquidity for it.

That being said, I do feel as though Frax should try to have proper liquidity for frxETH on Arb which I am sure is a goal, just, not sure about their responsibility to warn users.

Think of it like this, lets say, one day, Frax L0 bridge goes to 1k different chains. Is it Frax's responsibility to track all of them and warn users about liquidity? I do see the value, but, not sure about how realistic it is.

Use limit orders to sell and should not be really much of a fee. I think maker fee is 0.2% for stables on kraken. I have done this in kraken many times. The conversion features will rip you off that cex seem to provide.
