@samkazemian For bamm borrowers, there is a need to compare the value collateral (token1 or token2) with debt (lp) to make sure the position is solvent. Is 98% limit enough? How is the "soft" liquidation done? I'm reading this doc: https://docs.frax.finance/bamm/overview

I mean, I don’t disagree with what she said.

1. There are stablecoins that were not fully backed and causes problem.
2. Luckily, the failure of certain stablecoins did not spill over to the greater economy
3. For Stablecoins to truly scale, there needs to be regulation
4. I think it would be in the best interest of US to not launch a CBDC, but, they should be looking into it
5. Frax Finance will be the first stablecoin to get an FMA.
