bonna has some great points but it's important to understand that the Frax community is very big. Everyone has their own views which are valid and important to consider, but I promise you if we did it differently someone else would complain or have a problem with it. Which is not bad. It's just the nature of having a very big community and open communication. Everyone wants to give their opinion, as they should, Frax is open to all and a true decentralized community. But I have to say that so people don't forget: the community is big, no matter what Frax does, there will be some people that are unhappy or complain. And that's fine 🙂

Well, better than examples as an academic exercise is finding people actually in a position to be hired for this type of role and creating that list of candidates. I have one in mind to nominate, strong reputation in the industry, I’m going to reach out to him/his firm to see if he’s/they’re available. Should we assemble a list as a community to assist u in the search, would that be helpful?
