The Blackrock proposal is pretty exciting. I'm just not sure if there's really any stamp of a approval from Blackrock on this. For all we know Blackrock didn't object to Frax buying their tokenized fund. Am i missing something? The main benefit outside of yield and stability to with proposal is perhaps it forcibly creates a vested interest for blackrock in frax ecosystem.

My understanding is you can only buy BUIDL as “qualified investors with the opportunity to earn U.S. dollar yields by subscribing to the Fund through Securitize Markets, LLC. “ This implies that Blackrock/Securitise have KYC/AML/qualified Frax. So personally I think this is a big deal and overtime you will see “Tradfi entities” utilise Frax ecosystem
