Hello everyone
I hope you're doing well
I've just recently heard about new proposal regarding BlackRock's BUIDL Fund. It sounds incredibly intriguing.
As I know Securitize is the brokerage form accountable for Tokenizing US Treasury Securities particularly T-Bill 3 Months. I'm just trying to become more confident in regard to this proposal. I've not discovered any relevant information about this neither on BlackRock nor Securitize official accounts.

Could you please submit the authentic and valid proposal by Securitize regarding Frax Stablecoin?

My understanding is you can only buy BUIDL as “qualified investors with the opportunity to earn U.S. dollar yields by subscribing to the Fund through Securitize Markets, LLC. “ This implies that Blackrock/Securitise have KYC/AML/qualified Frax. So personally I think this is a big deal and overtime you will see “Tradfi entities” utilise Frax ecosystem

My historic view was that you would see tradfi in 3-5 years use Frax this I think accerlates to 2025 onwards

The Blackrock proposal is pretty exciting. I'm just not sure if there's really any stamp of a approval from Blackrock on this. For all we know Blackrock didn't object to Frax buying their tokenized fund. Am i missing something? The main benefit outside of yield and stability to with proposal is perhaps it forcibly creates a vested interest for blackrock in frax ecosystem.
