Hello ser. The proposal will go to voting once the discission phase has ended. It will minimum have to stay 5 days in discussion. Please beware that proposals changing FXS emissions or how governance is done have to stay 10 days in discussion before voting. Voting has to last for a minimum of 3 days. But due to it being the holidays, it might be some delays and it might be longer than the minimum amounts.
