It will never cease to exist and there's no risk to holding it on Fraxtal. It will just become frxETH (ERC20 token) when North Star happens close to the end of April. FXS will just become the gas token. You can look at the NS governance vote for examples of how it will work. Very simple logic. FXS ERC20 becomes gas and renamed to simply Frax. frxETH and wfrxETH just become a single ERC20 balance in your wallet.

I said BAMM uses the Uni license that others can't fork it for a period of 2 years without our permission. I didn't say it uses the Uni codebase. I see how that's confusing haha but yes, it's an independent codebase. The license is the same as Uni v3/4 but the codebase is fresh and from the ground up, there's nothing like it.

It's based on utilization rate of the BAMM pair, clearly people are using it since it's that high. The APY is meant to incentivize users to repay their loans or get people to LP that BAMM pair for the APY. Whichever comes first.
