What is the best way to bridge wFRAX or FRAX (fka FXS) to Ethereum mainnet?

The UI showed me that I can bridge less than 1wFRAX and for FRAX, it would take 7 days.

Is Ferry the best option or, other ideas?

the data loading on the page was very slow. I tried both VPN and non-VPN states, refreshed the page, and relinked the wallet for various operations. In the end, it took me about 10 minutes to complete the simple swap.
There have also been brief UI display issues, such as token name problems and so on
I'm not sure if it's a wallet issue or something else, but I haven't encountered this problem before the upgrade

Hi guys! Sorry for the stupid question, new to defi and FRAX in particularly. But could you tell me please, what is the best (most cost-efficient) way to swap from USDT on Bybit to frxUSD on Fraxtal chain?

I couldn't find anything better than to move USDT (etc20) to my wallet, then swap it for frxUSDT on eth chain and than use Fraxtal bridge. But mb there's better solution?
