Keep in mind, it still hasn't passed the House. Then they're going to have to reconcile the differences in the Senate's Genius Act with the House's Stable Act. After reconciliation of the two versions, that could actually require new votes in the House and the Senate (or it could not).

Suffice to say, this #### is complicated and it's still going to be awhile.

Doesn't matter on the actual legal date that the actual license is granted to Frax. As long as we're first and moving along the prelimary approval/application process and ahead of everyone else, that's most important. When we've talked to banks and institutions, almost all of them want to make sure we're committed to being legal digital dollars as that's a requirement for them to use it. They don't need to see the license to start working internally to prep integration.
