I think the language in your screenshot is pretty clear. Frax cannot pay interest or yield to frxUSD holders.

"A permitted payment stablecoin issuer [Frax Finance] may not pay interest or yield to holders of its payment stablecoins [frxUSD]."

I think this says tokens like sfrxUSD can't be payment stablecoins.

frxUSD = payment stablecoin
sfrxUSD = yield bearing stablecoin

Blockspace is not fungible and Fraxtal as a soon-to-be L1 is not superchain interoperable.

But the answer to your question is "yes, sort of." Because all Frax assets like frxUSD, FXS, etc can move to/from Fraxtal and Base in seconds.

I just started Economics & Math of Token Engineering and DeFi by Lisa Tan. So far I'm enjoying it; it focuses on system design so it still seems relevant even though it's a few years old.

I'm also reading Mastering Blockchain by Imran Bashir. It's getting outdated a bit faster, but covers a lot of fundamentals like cryptography and Merkel trees so I'm still finding it educational.

Hello ser. You can go to frax.com and input the contract into the website there (in the swap module, it will give you a option to bridge). If it says 7 days, that is most likely the only viable option. You can also explore third-party bridges and check if there is any alternatives.
