the rollers seem to roll properly
it is a 4002, the only roller I found to not roll properly is a lower one on the tray itself, which I assume is an engine'd roller

event code 13.03.01
checked online
"a piece of paper must be stuck"
checked everything, the paper tray, the little green lever, the backdoor
nothing, not a piece of stuck paper in sight
the tray is full. but not overfilled
printer still shows the same event code
